Arts & Culture Finance is now part of Figurative

Ellen Hunter

Operations Manager

Ellen joins Figurative from the Arts & Culture Finance team at Nesta, where she worked as Assistant Operations Manager. Prior to starting at Nesta, she worked in various roles at Neal’s Yard Dairy, including leading the online sales department through the dramatic changes brought about by Covid. Before this, Ellen worked in finance and general operations during the start-up phase of Radnor House School, alongside managing an inclusive performing arts programme for adults with learning disabilities.

During this time Ellen also completed her BSc and an MSc (Medicinal Chemistry) with the Open University. She has performed widely with hip-hop group Myself Dance UK, including at Sadler’s Wells and the Olivier Awards, and continues to teach inclusive dance for Step Change Studios on a regular basis. Outside work Ellen can be found hammer-throwing, reading and taking the (reluctant) dog out for long walks.
