Olivia Clarkson

Olivia joins Figurative as an Impact Assistant. Her background spans research and project work across charity and academia, with interests ranging from culture and belonging to power, politics, and systemic change. She holds an MA in Race, Ethnicity and Postcolonial Studies from UCL, where she also convened a reading group and seminar series bringing together scholars who challenge the assumptions and gaps in how culture, identity, and European history are studied and understood.

Outside of work, Olivia can usually be found at a gig or in the theatre, or getting her hands dirty with ceramics.
